A graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Jake has served as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Deere Employees Credit Union since 2017.  Within his role, Jake manages mortgage files from beginning to end of the mortgage process to ensure efficiency and satisfaction for our members. Working with his co-workers and members of the DECU leadership team, Jake enjoys creating a smooth member experience for homebuyers—especially first-time homebuyers!


Jake received the President’s Club Award for Outstanding Mortgage Loan Production in 2017 from the Iowa Mortgage Association. The honor is given to Originators in the State of Iowa for achieving at least $20 million in loan production or 130 loans.  Jake produced nearly $47 million in mortgage loans ranking him #16 overall. Congratulations!
